INTENSIVE SUPPORT. REAL LIFE RECOVERY.

Sage’s 6-Week Intensive Outpatient Program for Substance Use

A structured, holistic approach for individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy but don’t require residential treatment.

November 2–December 18, 2026
Monday • Wednesday • Friday | 8–11 AM
Intentionally limited to 10 participants

You don’t have to go through this alone.

Sage’s Intensive Outpatient Program provides a higher level of support for individuals who are continuing to live at home but need more structure, connection, accountability, and therapeutic support while addressing substance use.

Substance use doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges can often play a role in a person’s relationship with substances. Our IOP provides support for the whole person while keeping recovery from substance use at the center.

Sage’s IOP may be right for you if you’re:

  • Struggling to stop or reduce substance use

  • Finding that weekly therapy isn’t providing enough support

  • Experiencing anxiety, depression, or trauma alongside substance use

  • Wanting more structure and accountability while continuing to live at home

  • Ready to take the next step toward recovery

You don’t have to wait for things to get worse to ask for more support.
